**About Our Client**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a world leading minerals producer who specialises in clean energy revolution. and is also based in WA
Main duties include;
- managing the general office
- administering contracts for office services including leases, cleaning contracts, office equipment leases & servicing.
- planning and coordinating business appointments, meetings and social functions including venues, facilities and catering
- purchasing and control of office requisites such as stationery and kitchen supplies
- managing the collection, distribution & security of incoming and outgoing mail
- maintaining document control & retrieval systems for confidential and other information
- Preparing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
- Limited secretarial and administrative support services to four executives
This includes;
- Small amount of diary management
- Bookings - Travel accommodation, dinners/lunches (all departments)
- Preparation of Expense Claims
- Consolidation/finalisation of Board Meeting Papers and Presentations
- Assistance with Document Preparation (Word & Excel)
**The Successful Applicant**:
This is a varied role so it will also require you to cover off basic tasks to keep the office running.
