Swimming Victoria is the governing state sporting association for swimming in Victoria. Swimming Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. Our vision is "To inspire Victoria to Swim." Our organisation delivers state level competitions and provides services and support to registered clubs and members as well as many partner organisations and their members in the aquatic and sporting industry.

About the role:

Swiming Victoria is seeking a Pathways and Performance Coodinator to join our Pathways team. As a member of the Performance Pathways Team, you will be responsible for providing support for the administration of the athletes and coaching pathways in line with the SV strategy.

Key Responsibilities but not limited:

  • Assist in the development and expansion of pathway programs as required.
  • Provide support for administrative/operational aspects of camps, workshops, testing days, forums etc. for participants in the Pathways Program.
  • Coordinate uniform ordering and distribution.
  • Act as a Team Manager for the duration of team trips, including the training day and any other related activities as required.
  • Assist in the administration of the Victorian Branch of the Swimming Australia Junior Excellence (JX) rollout.
