About Us: We are a dedicated not-for-profit aged care home located in beautiful Cairns, committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team and lead our clinical care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the clinical care operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.Monitor and evaluate resident care and health outcomes, making necessary adjustments to care plans.Conduct staff training and professional development to ensure ongoing competency and growth.Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies. Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Extensive experience in aged care, with a strong understanding of clinical care and regulatory standards.Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and resident-focused approach.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Valid police check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
