We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at The myHomecare Group Australia. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment, ensuring that they are aligned with the client's needs and goals.
  • Marketing and Collaboration: Undertake marketing activities and collaborate with external allied health providers, medical professionals, and specialist care providers to promote our services and build strong relationships.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring that we provide the best possible outcomes.
  • Business Development: Utilize your business development skills to drive the growth and utilization of our Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Programme, identifying opportunities to expand our services and improve client outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all relevant legislative and industry standards are met, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our care services.
  • Client Care: Deliver exceptional client care to elderly Australians, providing a supportive and compassionate environment that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: AHPRA registration in an allied health discipline or RN registration.
  • Experience: Experience in aged care, with knowledge of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Care Programme.
  • Skills: Frontline management skills, current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a current ACT drivers' license, vehicle registration, and access to your own car.
  • Clearance: National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organize via WorkPro at no cost).
  • Eligibility: The right to work in Australia.
