- Compliance: Ensure that all relevant legislative and industry standards are met, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our care services.
- Client Care: Deliver exceptional client care to elderly Australians, providing a supportive and compassionate environment that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

- Clearance: National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organize via WorkPro at no cost).
- Eligibility: The right to work in Australia.
