Specialized Account Manager – Sydney Based:

- The Acquisition Team: A group of creative entrepreneurs responsible for expanding Agoda's accommodation portfolio through partnerships. Empowered team members focus on growing markets, cultivating win-win relationships, and leveraging Agoda's technology and portfolio to benefit partners and drive business growth.
As a Specialized Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Agoda's supply network by managing high-growth supply partners and fostering partnerships.
In this role, you will:
- Pitch and secure new hotel partnerships to broaden the portfolio and market presence.
- Effectively communicate the value of partnering with Agoda to hotel owners and management.
- Create and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate with potential partners for competitive pricing and favorable agreements.
- Maximize accommodation availability and business growth for existing partners based on data insights.
- Research and resolve issues impacting hotel booking performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new hotel partners successfully.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or a related role.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills; analytical skills are a plus.
- Proven track record of using data to drive results and make decisions.
- Intellectual curiosity and autonomy, with a history of achieving targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support the Australian market and work within its business hours.
- Fluency in English.
