Senior Analyst, Employee Relations

Qualtrics is seeking a proactive and collaborative Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Provo. This role involves fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization by serving as a communication bridge, managing employee issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The primary goal is to cultivate a harmonious work environment and address any conflicts or concerns raised by employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns professionally and according to company policies and legal mandates.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws while addressing employee inquiries.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities to enhance the work environment.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies for legal compliance.
  • Work with managers to handle performance issues and provide guidance on necessary actions.
  • Mediate employee conflicts using impartiality and mediation skills to find resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records with strict adherence to privacy guidelines.

Qualifications on Your Resume

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in employee relations or similar HR roles.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex corporate structures.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HCM software.
