About the role:
The agency is undertaking priority reform work to the service currently being used.
As part of this work, a number of engagement activities have been undertaken with key stakeholders and the wider community.
This role is required to synthesise inputs gained from all engagement activities, and to prepare reports and briefing documents for internal and external use on any findings.
Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and are fit for purpose.Manage workload, resources, risks, changes, and implementation.Provide administrative support for program and project-level governance forums.Assist in planning activities at program and project levels.Develop and use evaluation tools to analyse feedback, produce reports on findings, and understand customer behaviors and needs.
