About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure that our software meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform system integration and regression testing, and report on test outcomes.
  2. Develop and execute automated tests for API and UI-based functionalities as new features are developed.
  3. Ensure the effective application of defect management practices.
  4. Specify requirements for environment, data, and tools.
  5. Work collaboratively with different roles within a multi-disciplinary team to clarify requirements and refine the testing process.

About You

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with technical testing knowledge and experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team. You will have at least 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst/Senior Test Analyst across a range of projects. You will also have demonstrated experience in performing structured and context-driven system, system integration, and regression testing in a complex IT environment.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
  2. Experience working in an Agile team environment.
  3. ISTQB Certification(s).
