Snappy Shopper is the market leader in the growing Q-commerce convenience grocery sector, worth £41b in the UK. In addition to our independent retailers, we serve most of the major convenience store players, including One Stop, Spar, Nisa, Premier and Booker.
Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business.
Our location
We are a Scottish start-up with 140 colleagues based around the UK and our Head Office is located in Dundee.
This role can be offered on a fully remote, UK-based, contract. Occasional travel to our offices or our retailers may be required.
About the team
Reporting into our Head of Marketing, the central marketing team play a crucial role in delivering Snappy's marketing strategy. The team directly deliver growth for the business, from store launch marketing support to the planning and execution of an always-on customer campaigns calendar.
About the Role
Working on all things end-customer focused, the Customer Marketing Manager will support engagement with, and acquisition of, our end customers through campaign management, existing customer communications and customer acquisition activities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Turning brand-funded initiatives into effective marketing campaigns.
Utilise partnerships, affiliates and other marketing channels to engage new customers (e.g. employer discount schemes, print media, Google ads, etc.)
Engaging with Marketing Campaign leads to create well-planned, seasonal campaigns.
Managing B2C direct marketing communication channels, including email and push notification content creation and execution.
Track, measure and improve adoption of centralised new customer acquisition codes.
Updating, maintaining and delivery of B2C email, push and SMS channels.
Develop creative briefs and deliver these to channel owners and regional teams.
Provide weekly updates to leadership and the wider business.
