Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Complaints Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of stakeholder management and the ability to resolve issues in a timely, empathetic and efficient manner.
- $42 - $55 per hour + Superannuation
- Full Time Hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Long-term contract located in CBD
About the role
We are currently seeking multiple Complaints Officers - in this role, you will be required to:
- Receiving and managing complaints from members of the public, these can include over the phone, in person or in writing
- Case management of complaints
- Assessing and categorising complaints, investigating information as required, and determining the next steps in the process
- Preparing draft recommendations
Skills and Experience- Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders, including people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds in challenging circumstances.
- The capability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with team members, staff, and other stakeholders
- The skills to manage responsibilities and workload in a timely and efficient manner
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Good judgement for assessing risk and associated decision-making
Successful applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment integrity checks including a National Police Criminal Check and two viable reference checks.
