  13. Rolled out more efficient reporting and analysis methods for the programmatic team
  14. Grown spend from building trust and reputation off the back of your campaign work in the previous 12months
  15. Visibly improved your clients' business and produced a case study through your analysis and optimisation techniques, resulting in more efficient media spending habits.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    The Programmatic Consultant drives the core functions of reporting, analysis, campaign management, optimisation and account support for the programmatic team. You will need to be highly analytical and be able to sift through data and find useful trends, conduct analysis. Of course you will be closely supported by an established team of five, with training provided across required skills to enable you to develop into a programmatic expert. You will be expected to engage publishers and ad tech support teams independently with guidance and support from your manager. Your role will also include supportive tasks to the management team, with opportunities to meet people across the broader GroupM business and contribute to making Connect a great place to work. This role offers growth opportunities either within the programmatic business unit, or across the wider Connect business into other verticals.

    What you will need:

  16. Degree in a business, statistics, science, marketing or communications related discipline
  17. Experience in biddable media background (digital, SEM, programmatic, affiliate)
  18. Agency and programmatic experience will be highly valued
  19. To be a team player, collaborating with your peers to deliver success
  20. Outgoing and strong communication skills, comfortable with sharing your thoughts and new ideas
  21. Adaptability to a constantly changing landscape, working with emerging technology
  22. Organisational skills, experience managing multiple stakeholders
