As an APS5/APS6 Complaints Officer you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve moderately complex cases.

Responsibilities:

Resolving complaints at first point of contactAssessing, recording and investigating enquiriesContacting stakeholders to gather more information to support an argumentEscalating complaints to the relevant SMEEnsuring thorough record keeping and notes Key Skills: Strong communication skillsTime managementAbility to work within a teamAbility to work across multiple systems Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a complaints or contact centre positionGovernment experience (highly desirable)Experience in the disability sector (highly desirable)Working a MP Office, Parl Min Branch within Government
