Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data on Xero Accounting System
  • Monitor Online Portal Functions, both front end and back-end functions and assist customers
  • Answer straightforward email and phone inquiries related to subscription in a professional manner
  • Prepare the daily preparation of banking relating to subscription payments
  • Proof Formatting - Accurately proof formatting and details of all advertisements
  • Other adhoc administrative tasks that may be required by wider team
