HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Wellbeing & Safety Advisor to join our clients Work Health & Safety team based in Melbourne CBD.

This role is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract position and will coach the business on risk, incident, and injury management.

This is the perfect opportunity for a people centric Safety Advisor who is looking to make the role their own.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) management system and initiativesIdentify trends and implement initiatives to reduce and prevent workplace injuriesContribute to the HSW monthly, quarterly and annual reports using HSW data analyticsPartner with the business to build HSW capability and apply knowledge to reduce HSW risk and prevent injury and illness by implementing hazard identification, risk assessment activities and training initiatives Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience and skills in the conducting of hazard identification, risk assessments, incident response and investigation activities and implementation of HSW programs within a large and complex environmentTertiary qualification in Health and Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources or Law Excellent working knowledge of Victorian OHS and Workplace Injury, Rehabilitation and Compensation legislationAbility to analyse data sets and provide insights to management to enable reviews of health, safety and wellbeing performance indicators If you're passionate about Workplace Health and Safety, working in a collaborative environment and making the role your own, then we'd love to chat with you.
