As the Safety and Wellbeing Advisor you will work closely with the Head of Safety and Wellbeing, Safety and Wellbeing Partner, leaders and employees to improve safety & wellbeing at the VBA.
In this role you will discover exciting opportunities to development, implement and establish employee wellbeing programs, as well as promote a culture of wellbeing across the VBA.
Who we are looking for- A working knowledge of OH&S frameworks, regulatory practices and processes to achieve compliance
- Manages all activities associated with return to work and workers compensation
- Provides advice, coaching, and support to employees to ensure compliance with current OHS legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders
