About the Team
The newly established Learning Designer role is part of the collaborative Tennis Services team, under the leadership of the Head of Tennis Services and Game On Delivery. Working alongside subject matter experts, you'll design high-quality learning programs that align with Tennis Australia's vision.
The team values diversity, understanding that varied backgrounds and perspectives drive innovation and inspiration.
About the role
- Design and develop learning programs to support tennis strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with experts and stakeholders for initiative alignment.
- Support staff through adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Deliver professional development workshops.
- Test, adapt, and troubleshoot learning solutions based on feedback.
About you
- Experience with learning management systems.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills in creating engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
