Job Description

Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer support by addressing technical queries and troubleshooting issues related to ServiceNow software and platform.
  • Engaging with customers through various channels including web, chat, email, and telephone support to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborating with other teams when needed to tackle complex problems and enhance product and process workflows.
  • Offering insights for business improvement based on interactions with customers.
Qualifications

Keys to Success:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting intricate technical issues and interpreting Java/JavaScript code.
  • Dedication to delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
