Discover Impactful Work:

Coordinate and perform all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management. Conduct remote or on-site visits to ensure protocol compliance and manage documentation, following sponsor guidelines. Build strong relationships with investigational sites and ensure trials are conducted ethically and accurately.

A day in the Life:

  • Utilize a risk-based monitoring approach to identify and address site process failures.
  • Ensure data accuracy through thorough reviews.
  • Document observations and escalate issues promptly.
  • Conduct monitoring tasks per plan and participate in investigator meetings.
  • Complete administrative tasks and contribute to project improvements.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certification.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research monitoring.
  • Valid driver's license.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Clinical monitoring skills and medical knowledge.
  • Understanding of ICH GCPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and work independently or in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language.
