Senior Exports Coordinator (Airfreight)

About the Role Join a dynamic, tech driven, team of 3 in an airfreight operations role. Working as an Airfreight Operator (All-Rounder), this versatile role will have you handling all aspects of the export process. You will have the opportunity to learn sea freight as well as imports. Handling both console and back to back exports using CW1 technology, this role will suit a progressive and motivated operator. Your duties will include: End to end control of the export airfreight processInteraction with Forwarders, Airlines and Agents dailyWork closely with the warehouse for check-ins / export build ups & breakdownsLiaising & negotiating Carrier ratesUtilizing EDI Cargowise accurately and efficientlyAssist with the Import operations as requiredRate collation & quoting Export shipments The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes: 1-2 years experience in an Airfreight operations rolePrevious experience with CargoWise - CW1 softwareExperience to an onsite Airfreight Bond preferredExposure to working in a fast paced, versatile teamExperience in wholesale freight forwarding an advantage Next steps If you are ready to submit your resume please select "Apply Now"..
