About the RoleAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Container Park Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurate and timely data entry, operational liaison with drivers and yard workers, paperwork processing, and other duties to support the daily operations within the Container Park Sites. Candidates in Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth are welcome.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Use Container Chain to validate import pre-booking details
  • Monitor pending bookings and communicate changes to customers
  • Support general clerical duties and maintain accurate data for container movements
  • Develop client relationships and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide strong customer service and manage customer relationships
  • Handle approval/rejection/query processes with attention to detail
  • Notify shipping lines of container damage and ensure accurate cargo moves
  • Follow yard procedures and report any damage promptly
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of data entry/administration with strong customer service skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Container Chain System experience
  • Experience with Hapag Lloyd MARS and Maersk MERC+ systems (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, high-level organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and prioritize tasks
