Proudly Australian owned, Coates has a long history of supporting customers to deliver major projects and an exciting future focused on growth. We provide end-to-end solutions spanning Equipment Hire, Engineering Solutions, Industrial Solutions and Power & HVAC.

This role is supporting our NSW South Region. You'll be providing relief when our Branch-based team members are on leave or where there is a demand for extra support. Travel will be required between all 10 Branches and a tool of trade vehicle will be included with your salary package. Senior Customer Service Coordinators at Coates feel challenged in their role, they value that safety is the number one priority and recognise this role presents a real career opportunity.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including

• Display a passion for the safety of yourself, your team, and your customers

• Be the first point of contact for customers, in person or over the phone

• Match the customers' job with our equipment solutions

• Accurately create Hire Agreements

• Coordinate the rosters to our internal and external drivers ensuring deadlines are met

• Provide safety and operating advice to customers

• Manage administrative tasks, and assets

What you'll bring to the role

• An approachable, professional communication style, with a capability to quickly build relationships

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Flexibility, and be able to quickly re-prioritise

• Ability to support and lead a team

• Trade, or previous hire industry experience is desirable
