The QC officer will oversee the checking of all production arriving into the warehouse.

Working alongside the Design /Production Team and Warehouse/Online Team, they will ensure the smooth, efficient, and thorough checking of all stock.


As the QC Officer you will;

  • Work with the Design and Production Team to ensure critical path is met for checking production before stock is expected in store or online
  • Check over the design sheet before commencing production inspection
  • Ensure the efficient and thorough checking of all stock. before giving final approval for Warehouse and Online teams to pick, pack and send out.
  • Inspect styles in accordance with store layouts
  • Process all QC inspection comments and advise suppliers of inspection outcomes
  • Following up problem cases with departments affected and keep the relevant Departments informed of any solutions and updates as required
  • Prompt responses to various factory or supplier questions
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities within the business.
  • Other adhoc duties as required by the relevant departments
  • Inspect all garments arriving to the warehouse.

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

  • Min 3 years' experience in the same or similar role.
  • Previous experience with a fashion company and/or retailer
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong knowledge/experience of servicing local & international markets.
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and structure workload in an autonomous manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good eye for high quality finishes.
  • Proficient in computer literacy (MS Excel and Word)
  • Experience of ERP Systems currently used within the Fashion industry. We currently use Style Arcade
  • A firm understanding of the fashion industry and the importance of critical path
