Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Australia. As a QA Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly, overcoming daily logistical challenges and driving the future of logistics using the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate customer inquiries and collect and compile statistical quality data.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to improve quality processes.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities and monitor risk management activities.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of quality and/or operational experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
  • WMS experience or strong computer literacy.
  • Exposure to temperature-controlled environments and internal or external audit experience.
  • Understanding of Quality Management principles and high-level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
