ABOUT THE ROLE

The Scheduling function is responsible for the correct and efficient allocation of resources within a specific portfolio of clients across the WA region.

This eventful role within a small tight-knit team would suit someone who enjoys working in a stimulating fast
- paced environment and seeing outcomes from your work for clients across our exciting portfolio.


This role works across a Monday to Friday rostering between 0600 and 1800, and includes a on call component out of office hours.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Management and maintenance of rosters including identifying recruitment needs, providing leave coverage
  • Ensuring compliance of sites in relation to qualifications and site requirements
  • Management and allocation of ad hoc work as requested
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on key labour metrics and making recommendations to the Operations team
  • Management of associated systems and tools to ensure correct and efficient rostering of staff
  • Ensuring employees are paid correctly
  • Providing a first pointofcontact and support for relevant employee and customer enquires

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Ability to work with high volume data in a fastpaced environment;
  • Understanding of the Security Services Industry Award 2020
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in large volume people rostering
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including a high level of customer service skills;
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
  • Demonstrable computer literacy skills;
