Support the Director of Capital Works and Infrastructure Delivery in managing the Metro North Health Capital Works and Infrastructure delivery programs.

  • The primary purpose of the Project Program Manager role is to assist the Director of Capital Works and Infrastructure Delivery in managing the Metro North Health Capital Works and Infrastructure delivery programs.
  • The Project Program Manager collaborates closely with Metro North Health and Directorate key stakeholders to ensure appropriate programming and scheduling of capital works and infrastructure delivery is aligned with health service demands, while minimizing construction impacts on clinical services activity.
  • A key focus of the Project Program Manager is to create a solid five-year capital works and infrastructure delivery program through collaboration with the Sustainable Assets and Infrastructure Asset Manager, Digital Metro North, and Metro North Health's Risk Manager, Procurement Services, and Asset and Accounting.
  • The Project Program Manager, in partnership with key stakeholders, compiles, schedules, monitors, and reports on the Metro North Health Capital Works and Infrastructure Delivery programs, maintaining strong connections to the Metro North Health - Strategic Asset Management Plan, Directorate's Asset Management Plans, Health Technology Equipment Replacement Programs, and the Capital Maintenance Asset Renewal priorities.
  • The Project Program Manager establishes relationships and strong connections with external stakeholders, including Queensland Government's Health Capital Division, their Sustaining Capital Unit, and Health Capital Division Reporting Department.
