As Program and Project Governance Officer in the SSQ PMO you will

  • Develop project governance solutions, processes and templates for the organisation
  • Coordinate centralised internal and external monitoring and reporting of project and program activities across SSQ ensuring that reports are accurate and timely
  • Identify, analyse and monitor program and project risks and issues and escalate as required
  • Assist with quality assurance of projects (including gate reviews) and project documentation to ensure compliance with organisational and departmental standards
  • Assist in the identification of project and program training needs and support the delivery of relevant training
  • Maintain the PMO's web resources, including Project HQ, ensuring all associated data is accurate and up to date
  • Support the SSQ Project and Program Management Board (including scheduling of meetings, agendas, reporting, presentations, retrospectives etc)
  • Facilitate standups, forums and PMs' Yarning Space, including managing associated Planner boards
  • Foster relationships through collaborative forums, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations
  • Supervise and develop the Program and Project Governance Support Officer.
