Key Responsibilities:
- Handle live customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage trade requests on the platform efficiently
- Conduct document verifications accurately
- Monitor and optimize advertising activities
- Assist in trade releases and refunds to customers
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the crypto industry
- Fluency in English
- Ability to quickly address customer needs
- Capable of working remotely with high productivity
- Self-motivated and independent
- Availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends
