Contact Services, Estate Settlement, and Support handle inbound enquiries regarding deceased estate matters, acting as the intermediate between customers and the Estate Settlement and Support Processing Teams. This role involves guiding individuals through the deceased notification process and assisting in existing estate matters.

Hybrid Working Model
This role offers a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, depending on business requirements. For remote work, certain requirements need to be met, including a strong internet connection, ergonomic setup, and necessary equipment.
