We are currently seeking an energetic and proactive Office Manager with exceptional organisational and coordination skills to join our multi-award-winning team in our Perth CBD office.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will see no two days the same with a blend of property management, marketing support and general office management duties.

This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity that plays a critical role within the business.

You will communicate with a wide variety of people daily and it is vital that you enjoy people and are able to think on your feet.


Here's a snapshot of your day:

  • Lease administration setting up new leases, maintaining tenancy schedules, processing rent reviews
  • Vendor setup, maintenance, and compliance
  • Arrears management, tenant account reconciliations and monthly tenant billings
  • Customer Experience & Marketing support including content management across various platforms
  • Utilising design software to prepare marketing material and maintain key customer assets
  • Overseeing tenant events, classes, and workshops
  • Document control, administration, and execution
  • General and overall office administration and management

Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you will need to be successful

  • Experience in Commercial Property Management or Office Management within Real Estate and Property industry
  • Knowledge of lease administration and tenancy schedules and vendor setups
  • Current Property Management License is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in design software (Canva, Indesign etc)
  • Demonstrated experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
