Office Manager who is across various aspects of the role including HR, Admin, Payroll and more This role is reporting to the Director of the business and is responsible for assisting in administrating and driving the business forward This is a role for a highly capable and senior person.


Key Responsibilities
Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • All HR, Operations and Office Management functions
  • Responsible for the processing of weekly payroll for 15+ staff
  • Administer and carry out all HR activities such as onboarding, employment contracts and performance management
  • Administer OH&S requirements to ensure full compliance across the business
  • Management of office
  • Client relationship management
  • Database management

Skills & experience

  • At least 5 + years in a similar role with a small but growing business
  • Exceptional attention to detail & excellent time management
  • XERO intermediate level and good grasp of numbers
  • Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook and Excel)
