  • Provide social support, shopping assistance.
  • Provide personal care and medication administering.
  • Provide care, supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill as detailed in the Support Plan.
  • Provide care, supports and services free from: all forms of violence, discrimination, exploitation, neglect and abuse and sexual misconduct.
  • Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of care, supports and services.
  • Act with respect for the privacy of people.
  • Be receptive to an individual's needs and wishes.

What we require

  • Current qualification in Aged/Disability Care (Cert III Aged/Individual Support).
  • Minimum one years' support worker experience in a community NDIS/Aged Care setting.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Medication Administration Competency/Experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • A valid nonprovisional WA driving licence.
  • A reliable safe vehicle appropriate to transport clients (nonnegotiable)
  • Full comprehensive car insurance and registration (nonnegotiable)
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid1
  • Our support workers must be confident driving around and servicing all suburbs North of Perth.
