About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in Ceduna. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including grooming and daily activities.
  • Offer household support, such as cleaning, meal preparation, and minor gardening.
  • Offer social support, including transport, shopping assistance, and engagement in day centre activities.
  • Provide health support, including mobility assistance, therapy services, and medication under clinical guidance.
