Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Analyst / Project Coordinator to work on an IT security uplift project that aims to improve the organisation's security infrastructure.

You will be responsible for liaising with a broad range of business units to secure complex IT environments and provide a consultative approach to your work.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities related to the Essential Eight and change management models.
  • Execute technical change tickets and business change artefacts.
  • Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with clients / internal teams to deliver results.
  • Analyse risks and work with the Project manager to eliminate blockers (RAID administration).
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders
  • Establish test scripts and other types of testing (Functional Acceptance, Regression, and Document).
  • Ensure all project documentation is uptodate and maintain a daily log to monitor project progression.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience Technical Analyst / Technical Project Coordinator role.
  • Wholistic IT technical comprehensive (eg. Networks, Systems Administration, Applications, Data).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP / PRINCE2 /Agile certification is desirable)
  • Interpret schedules, flowcharts and stepbystep action plans
  • Experience in Essential Eight / Cyber Security projects is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance control and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
