ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently seeking passionate individuals with a strong background in Customer Service to join our team in Osborne Park.

A full time position is available Monday to Friday, flexibility in your hours is preferred as we operate between 5am and 4pm.


DUTIES
Reporting directly to the DMAT Bookings Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for our client.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Scheduling of medical appointments
  • Adhering to KPIs
  • Data inputting

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Welldeveloped communication skills with an excellent phone manner
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
