Position Overview:

As a salesperson at Smart Access Solutions, you will focus on selling our advanced ticketless parking solutions and commercial gate automation systems. Your role will be crucial in driving our sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting car parking technology & gate automation and sectors.
  • Lead sales initiatives from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring we meet & exceed our sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends within the parking domain and commercial gate automation to identify new avenues and opportunities for growth.

Job management:

  • End-to-end Sales: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Engage with suppliers to stay updated on the latest advancements and features.

Reporting:

  • Regular Meetings and Reporting: Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales manager and provide monthly reports.
  • CRM Management: Enter data and generate sales reports using the CRM system.
  • Sales Metrics Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics and operational deliverables related to gate automation and parking technologies.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize insights from data analysis to refine and improve sales tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development preferably within the gate automation or related industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in gate automation and car parking technology solutions is desirable but not required.
  • Strong analytical & organisational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and be self-driven for results
