A fixed term 6 month opportunity is now available as a Building Activity Administrator.

This opportunity may be short to begin with but has the potential to lead to other opportunities within the VBA as your experience grows within the role.


  • BAMS (Building activity management System) and responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role involving data processing, with experience in providing guidance to clients.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and gaps in data and information.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, provide high levels of customer service with the ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy and tact.
