As the Activation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across all SEM campaigns for a large e-commerce/retail client. You will work in a small team, reporting into the Activation Account Director, and manage 1 Activation Executive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social, and programmatic channels
* Working with clients on campaign briefs, building responses, and channel strategies that are relevant with the support of the Activation Account Director
* Overseeing the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs
* Managing and leading a team of high-performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow
* Owning and maintaining strong client, partner, and internal agency relationships

We're looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable media. You should have experience on tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Google, Sizmek, and YouTube Ads. You should also have experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff.
