**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our commercial building surveying team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-calibre professional advice to clients, focusing on contract administration and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Contract Administration: Manage and coordinate contract administration activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with client requirements.

• Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Refurbishment and Redevelopment Projects: Lead and manage refurbishment and redevelopment projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

• Pre-acquisition Surveys: Conduct thorough pre-acquisition surveys to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing clients with informed decision-making support.

• PPM: Develop and implement effective PPM strategies to optimize building performance and extend asset lifespan.

• Technical Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive technical due diligence on properties, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

• General Building Surveying Commercial Work: Provide expert advice on general building surveying commercial work, including dilapidations and other related services.

**Requirements**

• MRICS with minimum 3 years PQE

• Degree in Building Surveying

• Excellent report writing skills

• Expertise in general building surveying, including contract administration and dilapidations

• Experience working in a proactive commercial environment
