We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our team at Reed Property & Construction in Birmingham. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering core building surveying services, including Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall, Landlord and Tenant, Defect Analysis and Rectification, and Project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality building surveying services to clients nationwide.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Graduate degree in Building Surveying or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in building surveying, preferably with a focus on Contract Administration and Dilapidations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary of 28-32K per annum, with car allowance available after probation period.
- Healthy pension contribution, 25 days holiday, and access to professional development opportunities.
