About the business:
This French based buisness launched 25 years ago in Australia and has been expanding all over Melbourne and has recently expanded overseas to Europe and Asia
This business has over 18 Retail stores across Melbourne and are currently operating 2 manufacturing facilities located in the South East of Melbourne.
About the role:
Be a brand ambassador for the business, by driving sales growth by delivering superior customer service within designated territory, building and maintaining long term business relationships with existing and potential customers.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Managing & Increasing sales performance of existing customer base by identifying business opportunities to improve territory and business performance
- Experience sales and business development
- Solid understanding of market trends, competitor
- Activity & analysis
- Maintaining all customer data
- Monitoring of product quality as delivered to customers to
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Gathering of market intelligence through
- Competitor activity monitoring and analysis
- Market trend and product development
- Strategy Implementation
- Link performance to strategy
- Achievement of agreed KPI's
- Recommend product improvement, new product
- Experience in the Hospitality sector
- Bread and pattisserie
