- Operational responsibility of a 70 bed facility 25 minutes South of Perth's CBD
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs and maximising resources to achieve financial targets

About you:
- An AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record in a Clinical Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care legislation and a demonstrated ability achieving standards and assisting facilities achieve accreditation
- A confident and visible leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and direction
- Strong business and finance acumen, able to deliver high quality care within budget
- Hands on, compassionate, friendly and able to develop positive relationships with residents
