Join a dynamic team at Store - WEST MELBOURNE, FLDelivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and ensuring a fast and pleasant checkout experience. Responsibilities include truck unloading, maintaining merchandise displays, and upholding store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.

  • Assist customers with shopping and product location
  • Ensure fast and friendly checkout, handle cash transactions
  • Promote Rewards program benefits and enroll customers
  • Educate customers on the VOC survey
  • Support Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Conduct merchandise recovery, maintenance, and store optimization
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives
  • Adhere to SOPs and company policies
  • Engage positively with team members and customers
  • Assist in Custom Framing areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Required Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
