We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and a premium range of tools and equipment, but we install, service, and maintain cutting-edge stone processing machinery for customers across Australia.


Whilst we are a national company, we have a close-knit warehouse and service team that supports our customers and the wider business.

We are now looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to support our machinery division.

About You

  • In addition to this passion, you are also someone who loves to learn. It's ok if you don't know much about industrial machinery. What's most important is that you are someone who enjoys learning new things and is always seeking feedback from your manager on how you can improve your skills.

About the Role
As a key person within the Service and Machinery Division, you will work closely with the warehousing and purchasing team by:

  • Completing cycle counts and stock takes within the warehouse and ensuring that reconciliations are complete for stock takes.
  • Assist with the despatch process by picking and packing machine parts and using the forklift to load products onto couriers (if you don't have a forklift license, we will help you get one)
  • Working in collaboration with the Purchasing Coordinator, updating them on outgoing stock and future requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy and OH&S standards, policies and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Dispatching orders to customers

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An interest in warehousing and speaking with customers.
