**About the Role**:
Within CCEP Australia, the Health and Safety function along with Operations and Quality, Planning, Logistics, Equipment & Service, Central Services and Network Program Delivery teams, form part of the CCEP Australia Supply Chain. The Health Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) team is responsibility for managing safety, supporting the health and wellbeing of our people, and creating a healthy environment in which employees can perform to the best of their ability.

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join the CCEP team in this role of Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator at our state-of-the-art Moorabbin facility. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role which will give you a “foot in the door” opportunity. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting and coordinating Work Health & Safety requirements within manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Roll-out the Health and Safety Management Framework (HSMF) ensuring ownership and awareness of the HSMF, and its importance.
- Drive compliance in all aspects of health & safety.
- Undertake risk assessments and develop and maintain Safe Work Procedures.
- Roll-out all health & safety policies and procedures and monitor to ensure 100% completion.
- Ensure audit readiness to health & safety standards.
- Implement training and manage compliance.
- Ensure appropriate corrective actions for identified hazards or non-conformances are completed in full and on time.
- Lead and contribute to safety related projects and provide technical safety advice where required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation.
- Great time management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
