Who are you?
Well, while some sales background is handy, their best operator is an ex-chippy with the right attitude.
So, more than likely, people will tend to describe you as:
- A quick learner and commercially savvy;
- Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
- Very goaldriven and energetic;
- Selfconfident but not overbearing;
- Someone who is excited to be meeting, over the phone, with business owners and decisionmakers;
- A creative and adaptable thinker;
- Comfortable in taking charge of situations when needed;
- Resilient;
- Proactive and keen to take the initiative;
- Good at reading both people and the facts; and
- Methodologically able to approach the process in a wellorganised way.

The gig?
It's a casual pert-time role. Ideally, it'll see you working hours per week, from wherever you are (
2 members of the team are roaming the country with their caravans and kids.)
- Making telephone calls in terms of outreach and cadence
- Sending text messages in terms of outreach and cadence
- Running LinkedIn activity in terms of outreach and cadence
- Accurately recording the outcomes and actions.
- Doing Research before calls and outreach
- Securing quality outcomes in terms of booked meetings and outcomes based on each client outreach and cadence campaign.
