The Supply Chain Manager for Texture & Healthful Solutions in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) is responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves managing planning activities, warehouse operations, and collaborations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while aligning with sales demand.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Operations Planning – Lead the S&OP process to align sales forecasts and drive decision-making.
  • Forecast Management – Oversee demand planning for accurate forecasts and improved inventory management.
  • Inventory Management – Manage inventory levels and proactively address slow-moving stock.
  • Product Availability – Ensure product availability meets customer expectations.
  • Warehouse & Distribution – Oversee warehouse and distribution operations across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Team Management and Collaboration – Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Planning Tools Management – Maintain and prioritize stock replenishment to support inventory levels.
  • Data Governance – Ensure data integrity for ANZ operations.

Qualified candidates should have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in planning or equivalent role in a production environment, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Office

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience with JDA/BY Demand Planning & Supply Planning

Required behaviors and skills:

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive problem-solving
