An exciting opportunity is available for several Administrative Officers to join our Student Administration team on a temporary basis during the University's peak business period from October to February and including the Christmas season.


You will join an agile, fast-paced and collaborative team of professionals who are committed to providing a positive and seamless experience for current and prospective UniSQ students.


What you'll do
Working as a member of the Student Administration team, you will support the implementation of streamlined processes in our student conversion and enrolment teams

This will include:

  • Learning and performing a range of activities supporting student admissions, enrolment, progression, completion and credit.
  • Developing and delivering exceptional customer service to our students and contributing to a highquality student experience.
  • Helping us to develop and implement agile and smart business processes that support our commitment to continuous improvement.

Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve and excellent interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

Together with your relevant qualifications and experience, you will also possess:

  • An agile, growth mindset as well as an ability to learn quickly, take initiative and contribute towards continuous improvement activities within the Student Administration team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Experience, or the ability to rapidly learn, in using an enterprise system including the ability to generate complex reports and use the MSOffice suite, in particular Excel, OneNote and Word.

Salary:

  • Fixedterm appointment total remuneration ranges from $84,342 to $95,655 pa (includes salary commencing from $71,265 to $80,824 pa, employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
  • Casual appointments approximately $43.94 per hour.
