Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and deadlines are met
  • Conduct research on insurance and superannuation products
  • Utilize Xplan or other industry-related software
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage the implementation of client advice and ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential but highly regarded)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as Client Service Manager, preferably within the financial planning industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
