Your role


In this role you will assist in undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support your team in accordance with the directions provided by your manager.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Prepare documentation and correspondence
  • Complete routine financial transactions
  • Greet internal and external stakeholders
  • Fleet and asset management
  • Diary management
  • Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
  • General data entry and records management
  • All miscellaneous tasks as required in accordance with the capabilities of the role
