The Building & Construction customer stream delivers commercial and industrial building, fit-outs and maintenance projects. Our Commercial building team delivers projects ranging from $1m - $30m.

Due to growth across our group, we are seeking a Proposal and Tender Administrator to join our Estimating team in our Building and Construction Customer Stream
:

Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the group with all tender submissions.

About the role:

This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Review RFT, RFP and RFQ documentation to determine requirements in the planning of tenders
  • Assist with cost estimating and preparation of all relating tender documents
  • Compilation of documents for the submission of detailed bids
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other key stakeholders as required
  • Competence in InDesign (or similar) and Adobe programs
  • Competence in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

About you:

To be successful in the role you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in construction or similar industry in a similar role
  • Experience with InDesign (or similar) and Abode programs
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Intermediate/Advanced level)
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with fixed tender deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
